I also combined the turquoise with an ice blue eyelash yarn and made a twisted fringe for each end. Turned out gorgeous and I received tons of compliments. I created and just finished a lapghan/wrap project using this stitch with a garter stitch border all around, in a mauve, super soft, baby yarn. It will be perfect to snuggle up in this winter.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07153141812997516083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3695027770711717118.post-49710433284687545132014-10-06T23:15:06.068-04:002014-10-06T23:15:06.068-04:00I found (because I forgot where I left off, oops!)...I found (because I forgot where I left off, oops!) that if you alternate rows 1 and 2 you get a pretty pattern as well. Reminds me of a fishtail braid.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01086272806102935372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3695027770711717118.post-47898004942838881352014-01-31T17:14:46.788-05:002014-01-31T17:14:46.788-05:00So many fabulous stitches - I love your blog!
