Row 1: K1 *YO, K1, YO, SL 1, K2tog, PSSO* K1
Rows 2 and 4: Purl all stitches
Row 3: K1 *SL 1, K2tog, PSSO, YO, K1, YO* K1
Repeat these four rows for the pattern. The edges are not so neat, you may want to add a border.
