Crochet-Knit Mesh

Sample knit with fingering weight yarn on US size 4 needles

This stitch creates a fabric that spreads a good bit.  A loose/stretchy cast on and bind off is recommended so the edges will stretch with the fabric when blocking.

Work on an even number of stitches

*k2, (yo, pass first st on right needle over yo) 4 times

Repeat for pattern.

Sample knit with GLOW Merino Tencel Fingering on US size 4 needles

Multiple of 8 + 1

Rows 1 and 3: (ws) purl
Row 2: k1 *k2tog, yo, k3, yo, ssk, k1
Row 4: k3 *yo, sk2po, yo, k5; end last repeat with k3
