Even number of stitches
Row 1: (RS) k
Row 2: k1 *sl 2 wyif, move yarn to the back, sl same sts back to left needle and k* end k1
Row 3: k1 *p1, sl 1 wyib* end k1
Row 4: k1 *sl 1 wyif, k1* end k1
Repeat these four rows for pattern.
