Flight of the Bumblebee

Sample knit with worsted weight yarn, US 6 needles
This stitch has a bit of curl to it, so depending on how you plan to use it, you may want to consider adding a border and edging to help it lay flat and neaten up the edges.

Multiple of 4 + 3

Row 1 (RS): purl
Row 2: knit
Row 3: p3 *knit into second stitch below next stitch on left needle, then drop stitch from left needle, p3; repeat from *
Row 4: knit
Row 5: purl
Row 6: knit
Row 7: p1 *knit into second stitch below next stitch on left needle, then drop stitch from left needle, p3; repeat from *, end p1
Row 8: knit

Repeat these 8 rows for the pattern.

Happy Knitting!

Hi!

So as i get it, the special stitch + p3 = SET of 4 stitches
Row 3 has p3 (3 stitches)+ x number of sets
Now, Row 7 has p1 (1 stitch); then X number of sets, and then p1 again (only 1 stitch).

Seems like Row 7 has one stitch less?

Can you please help - maybe I'm doing the math wrong???
