Multiple of 5+2

Row 1 (rs): p2 *yo, k2togtbl, k1, p2

Row 2: *k2, yo, k2togtbl, p1; rep from *, end k2

Repeat these two rows for the pattern.

Mock Brioche aka Mock Fisherman's Rib Stitch

Multiple of 4 + 2

Row 1: *k3, p1; rep from *, end k2

Row 2: p1 *k3, p1; rep from *, end k1

Repeat these two rows for the pattern.

Fancy Moss Stitch Rib

Sample knit with Plymouth Mushishi on US Size 8 Knitter's Pride Karbonz needles

Another simple rib stitch that looks great on both sides.

Multiple of 6 + 4

Row 1: (WS) *P5, K1*  to last four stitches, P4

Row 2: K4 *K1, P1, K4*

Repeat these two rows for the pattern

Double Moss Stitch

Sample knit with Classic Elite Moorland,  US Size 7 needles

Quick and Easy stitch, makes a pretty fabric that is reversible.  

Multiple of 4 + 2

Row 1 and 4: *K2, P2* row should end with a K2

Row 2 and 3: *P2, K2* row should end with a P2

Repeat these four rows for the pattern.
